Before you ask
Do you ship outside Riyadh
Yes — anywhere in the Kingdom within 48 hours, and to the GCC within a week. Bottles travel in insulated boxes between May and September at no extra cost.
Can I return a bottle if it does not suit me
Unopened bottles, within fourteen days, in full. Opened bottles we cannot take back, which is exactly why the discovery set exists — wear five decants for a week before you commit.
How is an extrait different from an eau de parfum
Concentration. Our extraits run 24 to 30 percent perfume oil against 12 to 18 for a typical eau de parfum. You apply less, it lasts longer, and it sits closer to the skin rather than filling a room.
Are your bottles authentic
Everything on the shelf is bought through official channels and arrives sealed, with the batch code intact. If a code ever fails to check out, bring the bottle back and we will refund it in full.
What does a bespoke commission cost and how long does it take
SAR 6,500 for a signature commission, fourteen to sixteen weeks, six 50 ml bottles included. Half is paid when the brief is signed and half at bottling.
Can I visit without booking
No. The atelier takes one appointment at a time so that nothing on the bench has been smelled before you arrive.
